In order to improve the products and services you use, manufacturers and service providers are constantly getting feedback from the public about what they can do. They contract with Bernett Research to arrange small meetings called focus groups. Focus groups are casual meetings in which you are given the opportunity to give your opinion without the pressure of being sold anything and we pay you for your participation.
Getting paid, no sales - sounds to good too be true. The fact is our clients want your honest feedback and they want you to set aside some time for them - and they believe that offering cash is the best way to get your undivided attention.
The typical focus group meeting involves about 8 people like yourself and a moderator. The moderator directs the questioning and encourages people to be brutally honest with their opinions. The meeting is recorded so our clients can go back through the meeting to review different parts of the meeting. The meetings typically cover one topic. Meetings can be as simple as sitting around a table providing your opinion on products or services you currently use. Often the meetings ask you to try a particular product so we can find out what you like and dislike about the product. The meetings are designed with your comfort in mind and the typical meeting lasts about two hours. The tough meetings involve testing out luxury recliners - okay it's not so tough and they don't happen every day, but they happen as well as many other equally enjoyable groups. At no time before, during, or after the meeting will you be contacted to make any purchase.
We appreciate your interest in our focus group meetings and encourage you to register by providing the information requested.
